Meet at Robertson Backpackers and sign indemnity forms. The group is then transported to the river. A safety briefing is given by the guides. Each person is issued with a boat ( 2 persons per boat ), paddle and lifejacket. Dry bags are available for personal belongings and cameras. The trip includes, biscuits, soft drinks and a picnic lunch, which is enjoyed on the banks of the river. The group is then transported back to Robertson Backpackers. Insect repellent is advisable.
