Many of us in the product development companies are aware of the total frenzy that precedes a product launch. Late nights, working weekends, last minute show stoppers, frayed nerves. When the launch is finally done, there is a justifiable sense of accomplishment. Many teams follow this up with a launch party or a team outing to unwind. What do you think? Coming back, the operative word here is “Minimum”. In my startup, we are trying to validate an idea with an MVP and often debate whether a certain product capability should be included or not.
