Random thoughts from an unsettled, mid-life mind. March 27, 2012 – 7:32 am. Well, it’s official now. My oldest son called me last night with the good news. “Hello Grampy,” he said. His wife had delivered a healthy eight pound, nineteen and a half inch baby boy. Both were doing well. My son sounded happy, tired, and proud. I am extremely proud of him. Congratulations, my son. I am so very proud of you and the fine young man you’ve turned out to be. I love you. Laquo; Happy Birthday, Son.
