A shemsu's journey through the duat. Originally posted on LiveJournal on 5/31/09*. Warsaw is a huge town of about 1500 people, and yes I did get lost in it. I got to the cemetery thinking that if I just walked around and looked, I would be able to find his site without much trouble because it was a small town and all. Well I was wrong. A shemsu's journey through the duat. November 24, 2013. A quick message I received tonight. Look at a lit candle in a dark room. See the flame shine and flicker. In a way the flame represents an akh. In the Seen world we can see that person, touch them, smell them, and see that light flicker in their eyes. However once they travel to the Unseen we do not see them as clearly.
