As expected, Railmark's inability to secure credit has prolonged the uncertainty over Algoma passenger service. That said, the issue is (at least for now) bureaucratic, since Railmark is continuing to operate the train regardless. Next, stakeholders will be shopping around for other possible operators and Railmark will keep trying to get credit. So, what next?
