Watching these final projects take shape and knowing that we are reaching the end of a LONG list of “things to do” makes each visit to the house even more exciting than usual! For more, read the Personal Section. The patio is larger than I thought it would be. Light fixture for one of the bathrooms. Ok That’s it for now. Bathroom tile has arrived. Bancos are good for sitting but also keep snakes at bay.

Plus, bathroom sinks and kitchen cabinets and oh my! Door pulls (rings) everywhere! You bet I am. Things are really coming together now and it is great to see all of our plans realized. Plus Steve is a master of “random,” as you will see. Kitchen cabinets–with Rings! Salt cedar and rustic door-pulls = cool kitchen. Birds are flying high!

Steve found a new quarry for the flagstones and I really love them. The stones for my patio are a nice shape and size, but the front walkway stones are monumental! The walkway is not large but it makes a rather grand statement, I think…. And the 4th water tank finally showed up! The bancos are going up! And the flagstones are gorgeous. The 4th tank has arrived.
