Cookie dough in the fridge. Wednesday, 3 July 2013. Cũng lâu rồi, còn 1 tuần nữa là đầy 9 tháng, người ta cũng bảo sẽ quên trong tháng 5 âm, hôm nay là 26 rồi, còn 4 ngày nữa. Chịu khó 4 ngày nữa rồi. chịu khó tiếp :). Túm tít lại là nên ăn nhạt, không ăn ngọt, không dùng chất kích thích (không bia rượu, cà phê, chè), sống khỏe để không ốm, đi ngủ sớm, giảm thiểu tối đa cơ hội nghĩ tới cũng như lên cơn "cần". Firstly, buy the right kind of cream for too thick or too thin cream will not whip well. Buy cream with 30-35% fat. Today I'm gonna bake one of my favourite, Coffee kalua chiffon cake, without the kahlua because I've run out of it. Last night, I search for the recipe on the Internet, read and read, there was no inspiration, no imagination, I couldn't picturing the step in my mind like before. Maybe, I'm so stressed about my job that I lost touch with my inner little baker-in-training.
