On March 31, 2012, I flew out of the Huntsville, AL airport. It was storming before I boarded the plane and another storm was rolling in. As the airplane lifted above the clouds, I looked out the window and I saw the most amazing sight, a large rainbow displayed as a full circle. I watched as our plane flew through the center of the rainbow. After returning home from my trip I ran across this scripture in the Book of Revelation and it took on new meaning for me:.

In January 2009, when I was 34 and pregnant with my second child, my husband at the age of 35 was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. When my husband died I became a young widow and single mother.
