February 12th, 2013. I must say it really sucks to be an adult and make adult decisions about one's parent. My father has been ill for a while, but recently he's gone downhill to the point that I can no longer care for him alone. My brother has been stepping in to help me lately. It's good, but it's not enough. We both have to work. Now is time for hard decisions to be made and a lot of upheaval in my life to begin.
