Charles “Ray” Jones. 1957 2016. Memorial services celebrating the life of Charles “Ray” Jones, 58, of Quinlan were held on August 27 at Higher Ground Cowboy Church in Quinlan. Brother Kelvin Prock officiated. Mr Jones was preceded in death by son, Brandon; and daughter, Amber. 1932 2016. Interment followed in Elm Cemetery.
