Initially the site was created for The Rainsticks (the band) but grew as the band members participated in other projects with other musicians. The Rainsticks disbanded in 2001 but the name lives on in the web-. The studio is still functioning having been moved around a bit and is currently located in a Keller in Bockhorn. The facilities are still being used for all manner of musical production from demo’s to full blown production.
