1)約束帶的海綿直接環繞手腕或足踝之處，穿過鐵環與魔術帶黏貼固定，將另外兩條約束帶反繞一圈打活結後，固定於床板下的支架。 2)三個月內病童選擇2＂* 2＂紗布或即棄式紙巾環繞病童手腕，再用2吋紗繃以雙套結固定手腕並以安全別針固定於床單上。 3)三個月以上病童選擇2"×2"、4"×4"紗布即棄式紙巾環繞病童手腕再用4吋紗繃以雙套結固定手腕，固定於床板下的支架。 4)每隔2小時，輪流放鬆約束處5分鐘，協助翻身及作肢體運動。 2)將4＂* 4＂紗布或即棄式治療巾，作成圓柱狀捲握於手掌心。 4)先將即棄式治療巾或紗布包裹拳頭再以紗繃頭端環繞二圈在掌中間，直向反回包紮約8 10圈之後。 7)每天需拆除約束將手部清洗拭乾，無切膠布上註明日期、時間。 3每次約束解除後，若需執行另一次約束，應重新簽署同意書。 5病人家屬不在現場，但經醫師診斷不得不約束病人，應請社工人員或警衛代為見證簽署。 9注意皮膚完整性，每30分鐘觀察皮膚顏色，注意血循。每2小時解開、鬆約束帶一次，並協助病患翻身，執行局部皮膚護理及全關節運動。訂閱：文章 (Atom).
