I couldn't find a published recipe so I jotted down the recipe the food sample lady recited to me. I'm not a fan of beets but this salad is amazing. The baby beets are sold frozen. 1box of Trader Joe's Baby Beets. Trader Joe's Hot and Sweet Mustard. 1 small can of Mandarin Oranges. TJ's Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar.

Cameron has been living in a dorm room since August. He has adjusted very well; me, not so much! He was sick several times, and I did not like him being so far from home and sick! We flew into Orlando and planned on spending the first afternoon at Downtown Disney. Holden and I were miserable after taking a dramaimene so he and I stayed in the room while Randy and Logan hit Downtown Disney.
