Saturday, May 21, 2011. Does anyone find it confusing trying to raise your daughter to be a good woman? The one thing that I have found is that I am constantly looking for input- other people's views on how they handled various issues and their advice. It is our only survival as mothers! So I'll post and start to add stories. Not all will be mine, but they will all be what I know to be true. Please add your thoughts and hopefully we will make each others journey a little less lonely.

Friday, August 20, 2010. Taking Time To Breathe. Are you out there? I am back.not that I ever went away but my attention has been elsewhere. Don't worry! Nothing big has happened.the second story of our house is still sitting half primed and we are still sleeping in our den on the main floor. My attempt at raising happy, healthy, clever children. Wednesday, 30 April 2014. Assessment of where my son is with times tables. So, this morning I have spoken with my son and we have worked out where he is currently at with his times tables. He is confident with 2, 5 and 10 times tables. He can do 3s, but he has to work them out rather than knowing them by heart, so we need a little more work here.
