Ooh ah. So fresh and so clean. Perfect for today. This picture exemplifies the simple harmony that I am willing my apartment to metamorphosize (perhaps not a word.) into. It (the apartment that is) is slowly and surely taking on a life of its own that makes me smile, on the inside. Burn baby, burn. The best time to plant a tree is twenty years ago. Wednesday, October 30, 2013. You guys know I like to create the art in my design projects. Here are some of the works I have done:. Yellow inkblots - just paper and india ink. Geometric painting - easy with painter's tape! I did these Natasha Law inspired paintings on paper - hers are on aluminum. I did this by scraping the paint on with a plastic spoon. Or how about this colorful one from Kelly Wearstler's office? I think something similar could be created with crepe paper strips and decoupage glue.

It is chock full of awesome clothes, jewelry, baby stuff, etc. I get into phases where I wear the same jewelry for months on end. This spring and summer I am wearing stacks of gold bangles and rings.
