Thursday, July 1, 2010. Today I made jam.A LOT of strawberry jam. I love making things and then having a years supply of it for my family. Unfortunately, the recipe that I used has a lot more sugar than I would like, but it is fabulous and since it is mainly for the family and not me I am okay with a treat for my kids and hubby once in a while. My MIL and her friend came over to share in the jam making. We made 68 jars of strawberry freezer jam in less than 2.5 hours. It was great! A Life At Home.

Monday, November 30, 2009. Week of thanks fail dinner this week. Okay so I totally FAILED at my week of thanks! Last week was crazy w/ bubbie having strep throat and then thanksgiving and I just never got back on here, but at least super dad got props! But now it's time to get back to buisness, So whatcha eatin' this week. I am halfway through with my grocery list and have our meal plan laid out for the week. Mini bbq meatloaves, greenbeans and mashed taters. Spending the night out to see christmas lights.

Apparently she doesn't wash clothes, cook meals, pack lunches and read stories. she plays bunco. with a drink in hand. which was illustrated for his teacher at a small christian school. great. sure i made a great first impression. oh and now i'm 44 (or so he thinks, but is not quite sure). Thanks for the laugh bubbie. i will save this one forever. Oh yes, I asked Turner today while waiting in line to drop him off at school and he said he thought I was 50! I wanted to cry!
