Monday, July 8, 2013. My parents came down and went out to lunch with Matt and me this weekend and afterwards we spent a bit of time back at our place. My mom's service dog Teddy was with her so we took the opportunity to introduce him to Mika and Mochi while our food digested enough to make room for dessert. This is Teddy. He's a Labradoodle. Wednesday, September 4, 2013. Beach Kitties (Part 1). We took the kitty girls to the coast over the labor day weekend. It was their first time there and the longest car ride we'd taken them on since the day we brought them home. Mika took to it right away and had fun exploring a very grassy hill when we first arrived. Standing in the sand could be a little awkward sometimes, especially on hills. They slipped around a bit, but didn't seem to mind. No outing is complete without a little bit of "stick game"...

Mochi loves meal time and is very vocal about it. She's the talker of the two and has a substantial meow. She also enjoys playing fetch with bell balls, chasing feather toys, and staring intently at the faucet when it's on. Petco is her favorite hangout, and she hates when we leave.
