Monday, February 13, 2012. Steve has taken Ayla to the Daddy Daughter Dance for the past 5 years and every year Ayla understands more and more what it means. To her it means that she's daddy's special princess and they get to go on a special date just the two of them. Ayla's such a daddy's girl and she wanted to be extra pretty for her date. She had a check list of things that had to be done:. 1 Find the prettiest pink dress. 2 Buy new pink tights. 3 Paint nails pink. 5 Wear her special pearl necklace.

It was the first time all of our families had gathered together. 14 adults 10 kids roaming and exploring the streets of Seattle playing tourists for 4 days! I love how kids can easily bond and play with someone they just met. It was fun watching them all interact with each other and excited to see one another each day. I'm Nona. You want to be my friend? Wednesday, May 19, 2010. The World is His Oyster. At almost 21 months this is what he's been working to accomplish. I was pretty impressed. But all this climbing he does has me chasing him all day long. I turn my back for a second and Holden is off somewhere doing something he's not supposed to be doing. I usually hear the water running somewhere in the house and know where he is. And sometimes I'm searching everywhere for Holden only to find him in the closet with markers in his hands. Or hiding in a box.

Not knowing what it was all about we decided to get out of the house and check it out. And we were so glad we did. The Bloedel Reserve is one of the most beautiful gardens around here.
