SOUTH INDIAN COOKERY BLOG. All purpose flour - 100gms. Orange juice - 1/4cup. Baking powder - 3gms. Vanilla essence - 1tsp. Preheat the oven at 180c. Grease and dust the baking tray. Take unsalted butter in a bowl. Beat it to make it soft. Add powdered sugar and beat for 10 mins. Beat eggs in another bowl. until they turn light and fluffy. Add eggs to sugar mixture. Add flour slowly to this mixture. Fold in vanilla essence and orange juice. Pour the above in baking tray. When done. cool it for 10 mins.

SOUTH INDIAN COOKERY BLOG. WATER - 31/2 CUP. BOIL 2 CUPS WATER IN A DEEP BOTTOMED PAN. ADD 8TSPS SUGAR ALLOW SUGAR TO DISSOLVE. BRING IT TO ROLLING BOIL. REMOVE IT FROM FIRE AND ADD CARDAMOM AND SAFFRON.KEEP IT A SIDE AND LET IT COOL. TAKE A HEAVY BOTTOMED VESSEL AND BOIL MILK. WHILE BOILING, ADD LEMON JUICE AND LET THE MILK CURDLED. STRAIN AND SEPERATE THE CHENNA. GRIND THIS CHENNA TO A SMOOTH PASTE IN A MIXIE. AGAIN DIVIDE THIS INTO 6 SMALL BALLS. DIVIDE THE CHENNA IN TO 6 POTION. Serve It - Boiled.

SOUTH INDIAN COOKERY BLOG. Condensed milk - 60ml (I used milkmaid). Watermelon juice - 1 cup. Vanilla Custard powder - 2tsp. Vanilla essence - 1/2tsp. Boil milk in a deep bottomed vessel until it reduce to 250ml. Now add sugar and let it boil till sugar dissolves. SOUTH INDIAN COOKERY BLOG. Boneless chicken - 1/2 kg. Ginger garlic paste -1tsp. Onions - 4 (minced). Rice - 2 cups (boiled). Ghee - 2 tbsp. Egg - 2 nos. Curd - 2 cups. Cumin seeds - 1tsp. Blend together cardamom, pepper corns, cinnamon, cloves, cumin seeds, turmeric, chilli powder and ginger garlic paste to a smooth paste. Heat oil in a kadai. beat egg and make burji. Heat , ghee and oil.Add onions and fry till golden brown. Add the cardamoms, cloves and chicken. Fry till brown. Add masala paste and mix.

SOUTH INDIAN COOKERY BLOG. Basil/ tulasi leaves - 1 cup. Milk - 500 ml. Sugar - 1 cup. Fresh cream - 3tsp. Gelatin(unflavoured) - 10 gms. Take gelatin in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup cold water and leave aside to set. Boil milk in medium flame and add sugar. Boil till the sugar dissolves and let it cool down. Grind the tulasi leaves to a smooth paste by adding water and extract juice. Add 2tsps of sugar to this water and boil for 10 mins. Strain this syrup and add food colour. Links to this post. SOUTH INDIAN COOKERY BLOG. Sugar - 1 cup. Fresh cream - 2tsps. Dates syrup (For garnishing). Dates (chopped) ( for garnishing). Add some water to dates and cook for 10 mins. Now grind this mixture and exract juice. In a skillet boil milk and let it cool down. Add sugar and mix util it dissolve. In a airtight cointainer take dates juice and fresh cream .
