Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins. 3/4 cup white sugar. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 3/4 cup canned pumpkin. 1/4 cup water *. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 3/4 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease and flour muffin pan or use paper liners.

Also feel free to make any alterations to it as we do by adding or taking away veggies or changing the types of cheese (pepperjack has a bit more kick than we like). I also subbed the lemon pepper seasoning, as I didn't have any onhand, for pepper and a little lemon juice. Doesn't seem to matter what you do to them, they are still good! 2 med carrots, finely shredded.

They are small, hard cookies. 1 1/4 cup flour. 1 1/4 cup self-rising flour. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 tsp each of cinnamon, nutmeg, powdered. A pinch of salt. Kneed all ingredients into a soft ball. Butter two. Baking sheets. Form about 90 marble-sized balls. Divide them over the sheets, so that they are placed. I just used a few shakes of anise seed.
