I never had a pattern for them,. So I wrote one. These are easy to knit,. And can be easily altered to fit small or larger feet. English and Norwegian pattern below. 8220;House shoe”. I used Norwegian “Raggegarn” from Gjestdal,. A wool/acrylic yarn blend, needles 4 mm (US 6). MC=Main color (white) CC=Contrast color (red).

The last time I left you we had finished painting (or so we thought) and the tub/shower unit had been sprayed a pretty white. After living with the wall color for awhile we decided it was just too pink looking in certain lights. So we picked a new color and between Mark and my mom it’s now a much more appealing blue color. Starting with this dresser I picked up last April! It was a nice grassy green color, but when I moved in August it got a pretty hefty knick on the bottom edge, and I thought no better way to fix it than with fresh paint!
