Tuesday, July 28, 2009. Big Girl Bed and Galveston. Isn't she cute in her "big girl bed"! She was so happy when we set it up! She stays in it really well and is very proud of herself. We had a great time in Galveston this weekend! Yes, there were 6 adults and 5 diaper-wearing kids in 3 bedrooms and no, we didn't get much sleep but watching the kids enjoy themselves was worth every minute! Madeline is a little fishy! It was so funny! This picture makes her looks kinda pitiful but she really enjoyed it!

Monday, August 29, 2011. I wanted to let everyone know that Madeline has named her 3 girls already. Which girls? My grandchildren - she is "almost" old enough for kids. The names are (and we are SO proud). She has been sure of this for several months now and we have even named our new dog "Sparkle" after kid #1. (at Madeline's request, of course). Her first day of school went great and we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE her new teachers. Emily starts on Friday, and I can't believe she's almost 2! Our Little Lady, Sadie.

Wednesday, November 3, 2010. Sorry it's been so long since I've posted - lots going on! Emily turned 1 on October 19th (pictures in the camera), Madeline's getting big, I'm working out of John's office now until we get our new one built in February and holidays are just around the corner. Tuesday, October 27, 2009. We are doing great! Emily's a sweet baby and Madeline just adores her. She covers her with blankets and brings her toys. So far she's not jealous, that won't change, right? You'll see the progression of Emily's sad eye. We're not sure what caused it, but it started when she was 2 days old and looked red like a carpet burn. No probs with her actual eye, just the skin. Anyway, she"ll make a cute powder puff football player. Here's a picture of proud Daddy. Same snug-fit pajama...

Monday, February 7, 2011. Over a year ago. This blogging thing sure slipped away from me in the last year. It's hard to believe that Maggie is almost two and Greyson is nearly 3 1/2! Last year brought on some big changes for our family.probably the biggest for all of us, is my new job.as a stay at home mom. While I could easily use that as an excuse for not blogging, I won't. Tuesday, July 28, 2009. Last weekend we drove to Houston for one of my college roommate's son's birthday party- Miller, he turned 2. All of my college roommates and their kids were there, so it was a lot of fun catching up with everyone! We drove up on Saturday morning and met up with Mike's old roommate from college, Jeff.
