This is my blog diary of adventure. Monday, 25 February 2008. Demelza has spent the last 4 months training with Capital football. They have been trying to get a team for a development squad to play under 15 for 2009. Demelza learn't such a lot form the fantastic coaches they actually taught skills and reading the play and team work. The girls look great in their uniforms and they are doing so well. Cedie received a gold medal in her group on Sunday at the karate competition and Demelza received a silver.
