Wednesday, March 05, 2014. Gall Bladder Cleanse - Round 2. Since I'm really not a fan of the idea of surgery I decided to see what I could learn about doing a cleanse. First off it's not possible while pregnant or nursing. I'm going to stress this point because it's not something you want to consider due to the amount of toxins your body will release by doing a cleanse. The list of foods I cut out of my diet go as follows:. All dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt etc). I basically ate chicken breasts, and fish.
