Grave Shift Productions: Done and done!
http://a1productions.blogspot.com/2008/04/done-and-done.html
Thursday, April 24, 2008. Well, more or less anyway. Pretty happy with how it turned out, better than expected. Looks pretty good with color and lighting. Despite all the stress and repeated all-nighters in a row, it was fun working on it and I think our team came together really well in the end. Learned lots from you all and enjoyed working with you. I'm already excited about next year's film. Have a great summer everyone. See you in the fall. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

You should be able to only use this brush for the rendering of the painting. The brush has a nice texture and when it's small it loses it's texture so you can get into more exact details. First click on the little tab next to the dot where it says "Brush:". Now we have the brush we're going to be doing all the rendering with! Once things...

Grave Shift Productions: BG Painting Tests
http://a1productions.blogspot.com/2008/02/bg-painting-tests.html
Sunday, February 17, 2008. Somewhat inspired by Pascal Campion's stuff (painted in Flash) and also Jon Klassen's An Eye for Annai. Would look better if I had some textures to import. Maybe next time. Now that I think of it, I could have added the same glow effect to the ground that I used for the lights instead of that harsh ring. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). New designs for props and layouts. Character Clean-up and Colour.
