A collection of thoughts. Everything changes, everything stays the same. It’s nice to be able to talk to him, openly about some stuff again. I started religiously counting and tracking calories with the Lose It! App, I bought myself a new Fitbit to try to encourage me to move more. I still just want to text him, call him, just have his arms around me one more time. God, I want that. I know I shouldn’t. I know that I’ll find love again… I just wanted him to be the last one. Either substance or behavioural addictions, such as smoking, eating, exercising, working, what have you. These uncontrollable habits are destructive. They affect our health, life and relationship. Addiction is a never-ending cycle of self abuse if it isn’t dealt with. I’ve successfully dealt with addictions in my life and I want to share my experiences.
