Don’t get me wrong, I love bread and carbs but if I want a tone and fit tummy for summer I’ll need to cut back were I can. 2 cups of cauliflower (grated). 2 tbs parmesan cheese. 1/2 tbs crushed garlic (I found mine at trader joes!
