Old Celtic Turkey Recipe. Engineers vs. The Eons. 1 lb ground beef. 4 tbl chili powder. 1 tsp cider vinegar. 1/4 tsp. allspice. 1/4 tsp. coriander. 1/2 tsp. salt. 16 oz kidney beans (with liquid). 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (to taste). 1 1/2 lb. lean beef cubes. 6 oz tomato paste. 13 3/4 oz beef broth. 1 tbl minced parsley.
