I'll show you how easy this is, and you don't need any special tools. We used paper off our IKEA craft roll. It's come in handy a number of times, you can also tape paper together, use some cardboard, freezer ...Edges...

That's Sew Venice : January 2017
http://thatssewvenice.blogspot.com/2017_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 13, 2017. I finally got around to blogging this. This is the Flora Supply Case. I found this amazing fabric from Meerkat Shewshwe's. Booth at the Creative Festival 2016. I had never worked with this kind of fabric before, but the colors and textures were so unique I knew I had to give it a try. This fabric is really hard to photograph, I can't quite capture the colors, and vibrancy. It's not perfect but I was happy with how it turned out. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Follow me on Instgram.

That's Sew Venice : Window Shopper Tote-- February's Bag of the Month Club
http://thatssewvenice.blogspot.com/2016/02/window-shopper-tote-februarys-bag-of.html
Thursday, February 11, 2016. Window Shopper Tote- February's Bag of the Month Club. I really loved how different this pattern was. I don't have a bag that looks anything like this. One of my favorite features is the recessed zipper. So many totes don't have zippers, so this makes it a perfect bag to travel with. The inside of the bag also has a lot of places to keep things organized. A full size pocket on one side, and a zipper pocket, and patch pocket on the other. The strap assemble consists of 2 Trian...

That's Sew Venice : June 2016
http://thatssewvenice.blogspot.com/2016_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 28, 2016. After discovering my love of lingerie making.I decided I really needed a better way to store my bra's. I put so much time and work into them I no longer was ok with letting them hang from the door handle, since it'll stretch out the elastic and cup. Since they're mainly foam, I can't flip one cup inside the other.what to do? I read the amazing book The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying up. Here's what I did. I started with Anna's adorable Berry Basket pattern. If your using too solid...

Monday, November 21, 2016. Finley and Quinn- The Cozy Robe- Pattern Test. Blog hop and pattern review. This is yet another pattern test for Pollywoggles patterns. I really have enjoyed making several of her patterns, some I have tested, others I have bought over the years. Heidi really takes a different approach to her patterns, and tries to come up with something new and innovative. I always learn something new, or try a new technique when sewing one of her patterns. This robe is comfy! You read that ri...

Saturday, August 20, 2016. Tic-Tac-Toe Mini Quilt Set. Sewing items for boys has always put me at a loss. It's hard for me to come up with new ideas, and keep a stock of cute fabric around that they would like. My friend Reece over at Happy Okapi. Posted this idea a few days ago. I thought they were so cute, and would be fun. (Check out her blog to find out more about how she made them, and where she got that adorable pirate fabric.). August 20, 2016 at 9:15 PM.
