At 125,000 miles on this engine the sludge build up is huge. The engine only had 3-5 oil changes total, throughout its life. Now, because of not getting regular oil changes this car needs a new engine. Cost of new engine =$4000-$6000. Cost of regular oil changes @ 4 oil changes per year= $200 for the year.
