Friday, May 28, 2010. Fun video to spice up your health. When it comes to nutrition it seems like we often get contradicting bits of information. Whether high fructose corn syrup is good for you, whether we should eat butter or margarine, if eating high amounts of saturated fats (like palmitate found in meats) will really cause coronary heart disease, etc? Sunday, August 24, 2008. Farmer's Market and Kansas City. I couldn't miss the 140 vendor Farmer's Market in Kansas City, so we finally decided to go, of which won't last for much longer.
