http://www.rantingsbykerry.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html

Monday, January 18, 2010. This (last) week: Pan-Seared Tilapia with Citrus Vinaigrette, Almond Couscous, and Roasted Brussels Sprouts. First time for pan-roasting nuts, too, and Rachael Ray is right! Your nose DOES let you know when they're done! Saturday, January 09, 2010. This week's new recipe(s): Potage Parmentier, Mini Hamburger Sliders, and Cuban Braised Beef with Peppers. In honor of Julia Child (NOT Julie Powell) with French bread, a Romaine salad, and Chardonnay. I've decided that, for the n...

Monday, September 15, 2008. Lessons from Green Meadows. What I Have Learned So Far From Our New House:. DO let your husband surprise you with a Johnny Depp poster hung behind all of your clothes in the closet so that, whenever you pull a shirt from the hanger, a gorgeous pirate smiles back at you. DON’T decide to clip the irises around your mailbox after you get home from the bar at 1 in the morning, only to wake up the next day and see a plant massacre on the front lawn. DON’T buy your first lawn ...

Friday, December 04, 2009. This Week's New Recipe: Whipped Butternut Squash. From: All Recipes (with some tweaking). Result: This was great. It's basically mashed potatoes but with squash (so better for you, right? I just roasted the squash and then mashed it and whipped it with butter, sour cream, and salt and pepper. Delish! peppersnaps: Before New Hampshire

http://peppersnaps.blogspot.com/2008/01/before-new-hampshire.html

Dude you're being VERY un-dude. Saturday, January 05, 2008. Did you ever have a feeling where you just KNOW something is true? Its not at all like thinking, "Yes, that's correct," or analyzing something and determining the most likely or best course of action. There's a qualitative difference between thinking/believing and KNOWING. Knowing doesn't happen in your head, its more like in your bones, or your soul. It a resonance. This man is going to be the next president. I hope you're right!

You'd Love To Write This. MP3's and All the Rest. So, anyway, I've been glad to have a little alone time lately but it's really been a difficult thing to come to grips with. Kerry has been gone for fifteen days now and it seems like an eternity. I'd really like to continue but it seems a little pointless. You'd Love To Write This: Writing

http://youwouldlovetowritethis.blogspot.com/2006/08/writing.html

You'd Love To Write This. I just finished the best book I've read in a while. It was The Traveler. By John Twelve Hawks. He has a wonderful writing style and even though I don't always agree with his views they are challenging and make me consider old issues from a new angle. I definitely recommend it to anyone who likes conspiracy theories or modern high tech novels. Why do I refer to reading when writing is the topic? If you have to ask that then it's a wonder you made it this far. Some Links To Link To.

You'd Love To Write This: Family. Do you have to love them?

http://youwouldlovetowritethis.blogspot.com/2006/05/family-do-you-have-to-love-them.html

You'd Love To Write This. Family. Do you have to love them? There are many different types of family. There is never enough time to figure out which family will be the right one. As a matter of fact, we are never even given the opportunity to choose the family that we think is right for us. We are expected to grow with the family we are given and never do anything to jeopordize that family bond. This feeling is almost inate. I am so glad to be able to write to you and would appreciate any feed back at all.

Whale-Tongue Tales: October 2007

http://whaletonguetales.blogspot.com/2007_10_01_archive.html

Capitalizing on my most useless of skills, these are my stories. Wednesday, October 31, 2007. I Wish I Could Blog Like This Guy. Thanks to Chris, this guys blog. Was introduced into my life today. His post is genius on a thousand levels. I loved every second of it and would be a bad blogger if I didn't share with my throngs of readers. The 1962 Atlanta Daily World newspapers we found in our attic weren't nearly this hysterical. Oh, and HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Thursday, October 11, 2007. Side street in bath.

Thursday, September 28, 2006. R and R's 25 best club teams, September 28. R and R's 25 best club teams, September 28. Barcelona hasn't looked great lately. Against the only good teams they've played this year, they have two draws (Valencia and Bremen) and one loss (Sevilla). They lost Eto'o for three months and they just don't look all that sharp. That having been said, they're still the best. But there's no question that they are vulnerable right now, both in La Liga and in the Champions. I said before ...

Thursday, June 25, 2015. Two days ago after I noticed my kids had their noses in their iPads all day or until it runs out of power (whichever came first) I felt that I had to do something fast before their brains turned into mush. The problem is I have to work and I can't watch them all day so I had to be a little creative. It's only been two days and I still can't believe the amount of excitement it created! Most will say that my HR persona has spilled over into my home and I don't mind that at all....
