I like to get my feet muddy on the trails. I did manage to drag myself out of bed at 5:15 which is way too early, but at least this time of year it is light. Roadrunners had a relay, 3 runners per team - mixed up so hopefully teams finish around the same time. 7km each. They used runners 10km bests to determine what team you go in.
