Wednesday, November 11, 2009. New Green Plates for eco-friendly vehicles.give me a break. Now don’t get me wrong! I support the shift to green and I’m ok with tax breaks on buying green and other buying incentives but to give priority access to these vehicles on the highway is outrageous. The government is essentially giving special treatment on the road to green drivers over the rest of us. What’s next green cars are allowed to travel at higher speeds then the rest of traffic? HST Not Helping Ontarians.

But isn’t it odd that in a recession when people are looking for work and trying to make ends meet Premier McGunity wants to lay more Ontarians off, rather then create new jobs for those who are currently unemployed? On Remembrance Day last Wednesday the McGuinty provincial government announced the creation of a yellow ‘support our troops’ licence plate with a portion of the proceeds going to the Canadian Forces Assistance fund.
