Every class has a warm up, skill work session and specially programmed work out for that day. At the end of class the kids play a game that incorporates some type of movement we have learned. CrossFit HardCore Pompano Beach Class Schedule:. Classes start on the hour at the times listed below. If it is your first time, please arrive 10 15 minute early to fill out paperwork and meet with the coach. The structure of the class is as follows. There will be a 15 minute, coach led warm-up followed by a quick instructional session of the daily workout (the wod). You will then have a few minutes to practice your movements.

The picture above shows his 10 pounds of weight loss in just 24 days of CrossFit while being on our 24 day challenge. Eddy was ready to lose weight and lose weight fast. After CrossFitting for a month at two days a week he upped it to four days a week and ate very strict on the 24 day challenge. The end result was 22 pounds lost in 24 days! I started crossfit like seriously 1st of May 2013.
