The Oakland Raiders: March 2007
http://theoaklandraiders.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
Analysis and Facts about the NFL's most storied franchise. Friday, March 30, 2007. With the draft rapidly approaching, I decided it was time to pull out the draft value chart to see what the first overall pick is really worth. As you can see, the first overall pick has a value of 3000 "points". If the Detroit Lions wanted the pick, they should give us their second overall pick (2600 points) and their third (260 points) and fourth (108 points) round picks which would add up to 2968 points. A more likley t...

Analysis and Facts about the NFL's most storied franchise. Thursday, November 30, 2006. The long road to redemption. The promoting of John Shoop to offensive coordinator was a good move. Tom Walsh struggled to adapt to our opponents defensive schemes and didn't call plays based on the abilities of our players. I am hoping that this move will provide a spark and maybe get Randy Moss "happy". The poor performance of our team thus far has brought to light some questions for the upcoming offseason. First off...

In Lou We Trust. A fan who bleeds Devils red, typing many words about the New Jersey Devils. As featured a few. At the NY Times hockey blog. Wednesday, January 31, 2007. January in Review and Devil of the Month. Well, last night didn't go so well for the Devils against Atlanta, losing to the Thrashers by a score of 5-4 via the shootout. Tim Mo gets to the heart of the matter as well at RaReMaDev. Sloppy play is not Devils hockey and they rarely win when they are sloppy. A close 3-2 win in Ottawa. Again, ...

The Oakland Raiders: February 2007
http://theoaklandraiders.blogspot.com/2007_02_01_archive.html
Analysis and Facts about the NFL's most storied franchise. Friday, February 23, 2007. With only one Quarterback, Andrew Walter, returning to our organization, there has been a lot of speculation flying around about the draft and potential trade candidates. There are two potential trades that I could see having some sort of credibility to them. Trade Randy Moss to the Jaguars for Leftwich and some sort of draft pick package. Trade a draft pick (3rd/4th) for Texans QB David Carr. All five of these things h...

Analysis and Facts about the NFL's most storied franchise. Sunday, October 08, 2006. Questionable Coaching may have been a factor in our loss to the 49ers. 1) When Justin Fargas starting running well, why did we quit giving him the ball and start giving it to Jordan again? Fargas carried the ball 8 times for 63 yards with a long rush of 19 yards. That's nearly 8 yards per carry. 2) Why was Andrew Walter pulled out of the game? Posted by The Analyzer at 8:42 PM. The Oakland Raiders: December 2006
http://theoaklandraiders.blogspot.com/2006_12_01_archive.html
Analysis and Facts about the NFL's most storied franchise. Monday, December 18, 2006. Sunday's loss to the Rams was one of our worst losses this season. There were some positives but they are few and far between. Despite our bismal season, we still will end up missing out on the Quinn sweepstakes because the Detroit Lions are just as pitiful and lost their best player for the season. Despite being shut out there are a couple of offensive performances that I'd like to analyze. Tuesday, December 12, 2006.
