To try to keep it interesting and appealing to eat I’m having lots of different ones. Broccoli, feta, cherry tomatoes and toasted hazelnut. I drizzled some balsamic and olive oil on top. I think it could work with pomegranate molasses also. Smoked duck breast, peach, avocado on a bed of lambs lettuce and rocket. Goats cheese, pears and toasted pecans.
