http://ankeney.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
The David and Kari Ankeney Family Blog. Sunday, August 29, 2010. Week of New Beginnings. The first week of school was "AWESOMENESS" as quoted by Rachel. All three kids really like their teachers and found they have friends in all of their classes. Rachel is more than excited to start band. She doesn't want to wait another two weeks to get her hands on her Tuba. She is becoming quite the young lady. I am proud that she is making good choices in friends, music, and clothing. Sunday, August 15, 2010. We had...

The David and Kari Ankeney Family Blog. Sunday, March 21, 2010. Home, Sweet Home! We finally have a home of our own again! We closed on Monday, Mar. 15. We are excited and welcome anyone who wants to come for a visit. I am thoroughly exhausted today and welcomed a day of rest. We made a lot of progress unpacking boxes and cleaning out the apartment and storage unit. Grandma and Grandpa Ankeney were a great help earlier in the week - especially the pickup truck and strong arms! Here are some pictures:.

The David and Kari Ankeney Family Blog. Sunday, April 22, 2012. Ok, I admit it! I am not good at Facebook, I can't tweet, and as you can tell, blogging is on the list of "when I get 'round to its". In this day of technology, all of these tools are at our fingertips and I just can't seem to grab a hold. Sorry to those of you who look for more regular updates from the Fort Worth Ankeney's! He truly does take care of me and the kids, and I don't show him enough how much I love him! When will you be home?

The David and Kari Ankeney Family Blog. Sunday, April 10, 2011. I didn't realize it's been almost a month since I last posted. I am enjoying the warmer weather of Spring; with this comes greener grasses and trees and beautiful flowers. I especially love the wild bluebonnets that bloom this time of year in unexpected places. Everyone was healthy by the weekend. We took advantage of a good weather day, inspite of wind, to work in the yard as a family yesterday. We mowed and edged the lawn and then plan...
