I bought the taco making kit, and then I realised they didn't mention having to cook tomatoes. o O I found that a bit strange because I can't see how to professionally chop tomatoes, as a novice chef! So says me. 1 (Stir-)Fry bite-sized pieces of chicken with light sauce and pepper - typical amounts you'd use to cook them. 2 When they are thoroughly cooked, and possibly a bit brown, add 1.5 dessert spoons of Ricotta Cheese per serving. 3 Mix them around such that the cheese coats the chicken, and when it browns a little, add in a dash of pepper (to taste, really), and then it's done!
