Bike Copenhagen 2011: A word from our dietitian
http://bikecopenhagen2011.blogspot.com/2011/09/word-from-our-dietitian.html
Thursday, 1 September 2011. A word from our dietitian. In the final run-down to D-Day at BC11 we are upping the professionalism and taking some advice from our very own dietician, Georgina Martin. http://bikecopenhagen2011.blogspot.com/2011/09/calm-before-storm.html
Friday, 9 September 2011. Calm before the storm. So here we are. The t-shirts have arrived, the bags are packed, we've examined (well, looked at) the maps, everyone is settling in to try and get some sleep. http://bikecopenhagen2011.blogspot.com/2011/09/last-leg.html
Friday, 23 September 2011. Day 11 Bogo to Copenhagen 75 miles 16.4 mph. After the various trials that Bike Copenhagen had put us through in the first 10 days, the final day didn't seem like the biggest of challenges. Although we faced more frequent hills on this day than on any other, Danish roads are nothing if not direct and we ploughed towards Copenhagen at our fastest average speed of the trip. And that is that. 935 miles, 11 days, several damaged knees, a couple of damaged hamstrings and a lot o...
