On the flip side. יום שני, נובמבר 23, 2009. Vayishlach, universalism and the non-Jewish world. So I'm looking to avoid my mistake from last year - forgetting to post this until the parsha passed. As such it's going up now, a week early. I hope you enjoy this thought. It was based on an idea by Rav Aaron Leibowitz. And became a devar torah for Shir Chadash ( R' Ian Pear. For all the stories that revolve around them and the stories that medrashim give us, we have only two dialogs between the brothers.

روایت ناتمام یک تابو. فریدی با بینی کوچیک،چشمای درشت تیره،ابروی پهن،صورت گرد،لپای گلی و اندام کپلش دختر شیرینی به نظر می رسید،اما تو برخورد دوم به راحتی میشد پی برد که این دختر شیرین، یه نمه شیرین میزنه! روزایی که با کسی قرار داشت،رژصورتی،گیره ی رنگی و گل چندپر بنفش رو موهای پر کلاغیش حکایت یک شکست دیگه بود.فریدی تنها بود و این از ناخن جویده ش،اخم همیشگی گوشه ی لبش،و شلختگی عمومی افکار رو رفتارش کاملا معلوم بود! فریدی ایمان داشت که کسی اونو نمیخواد! انگار زیبایی به تنهایی کافی نیست! صدای هق هق زن روی شان...
