The 2015 vintage came in fast and early with loose clusters and small berries ripening rapidly in the heat. Solid canopies and low tonnage helped flavors come into balance, which resulted in concentrated wines that showed true Cabernet Sauvignon varietal characteristics. Our flavors are dark, rich, and audacious. Dark berries layered with luscious vanilla and mocha to round out the palate. The tannins are soft enough to add balance, while giving structure and depth. Aged 100% in new French oak.

The 2014 growing season resulted in a rich and flavorful harvest. Ideal weather conditions led to hearty vines and a strong fruit set. Below-average yields resulted, making for very nice concentration of flavors. This fruit-forward, deep red blend is well balanced with layers of dark cocoa, rich mocha, and vanilla bean notes. Aged 100% in new French oak. Blend: 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Petite Sirah, 16% Syrah, 11% Merlot, 3% Zinfandel, 2% other reds.
