A Volunteer Coach's Story. Experience with horses is not essential, there is always the opportunity to learn as we operate a system of cascade training whereby new volunteers are always teamed up with more experienced volunteers. There are also many things to do that don’t involve the ponies such as helping with fund raising events and general maintenance.
