What we do on a little land. Wednesday, December 12, 2007. Here's a first peek of what we plan to grow in 2008:. Spinach: (New Zealand and Bloomsdale. Swiss Chard (Rhubarb Chard). Beets (Detroit Dark Red). Potatoes (Yukon Gold and Rose Fin Apple). Mexico Midget and an heirloom called Black Sea Man). Basil (Sweet Italian, Siam, Holy, and lemon Basil). I probably left some things out, and we may decide to try some new crops too, I'll let you know when we do. Got it's snow, Dave. We've also gotten involved.
