Green Peas – ¼ kg. Oil – 2 tsp. Salt – to taste. Grind to a paste:. Big onion – 1. Green chillies – 4. Grated fresh coconut – 2tbs. Cook peas separately till soft and drain water. Potato – ½ kg. Water – 2 ½ tsp. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp. Chilli powder – 1 tsp. Oil – 2tbs. Ghee – 2tbs. Cumin seeds – 2tsp. Coriander powder – 2tsp. Salt – to taste. Coriander leaves – ¼ cup. Lime – ½. Boil potatoes in water with a little salt till done. Once cooled, peel and cut them into big sized cubes. Keep aside. In a small bowl, combine water, turmeric powder and chilli powder.
