Saturday, July 27, 2013. Still on like raw donkey kong. I have to say, this last 2 weeks has definitely brought me to feeling better than I have felt and looked in many years! Mostly juicing, salad with low fat raw dressing, and fruit (not too much).nuts and seeds to a minimum. The detox is slow and steady, as is the weight loss. But my energy levels are through the roof! Lol pg83 "Raw for Dessert" Jennifer Cornbleet. 3 cupswalnuts (pulse in food processor until coarse and remove and reserve 1/2 cup). 1/8 tsp salt (add salt and process with remaining walnuts until resembles crumbs). 16 pitted medjool dates (add dates and process until mixture starts to stick together). 2/3 cup cocoa powder (add cocoa powder and mix until incorporated). 1/2 cup dried cherries. 3/4 cup agave nectar.

Thursday, 23 July 2009. Go Hard, or Go Home! It's been a bit since my last post, but as they say "Bein busy is better than beeing bored". The shoot went extremely well and what more can we ask for than a positive start to RJB. With everything going wrong in the last week leading up to the shoot, it started seeming like it was not to be, but after deciding that it was all or nothing i decided to give it my all.
