Monday, February 7, 2011. I haven't eaten vegetables in three days. Friday, February 4, 2011. I had my spinach and blueberry smoothie right after my 9 mile run and it was fabulous. Then, I completely forgot about that cup of veggies I'm supposed to eat until just now. I'm full from dinner: pizza and yummy cookies that Melody brought me back from Spain.
