Tuesday, August 2, 2011. 30 day raw challenge update! Todays Raw Strength Training group wokout! Wow been busy lately! 160;  The 30 day raw challenge ended last Monday and everyone did a great job, everyone loosing 10-12 lbs and noticing a boost in energy! 160; This was a good experience for me as I was still periodically eating gluten containing products and think that that was the reason for the easing of my asthma symptoms.  Awesome! Eichens yoga beginner sequence. 5 x's 12,10,8,6,4. 3 x's 10,8,6.

Monday, July 18, 2011. Day 22 of 30 day raw challenge! Feeling good and strong on day 22! Nice day out today and I hit about a 10 mile bike ride! It's been a bit since I've been able to get a nice ride in and today was a good day to do it! Hit some Eichens Yoga poses throughout the day of front warrior, wide leg forward flexion with arms extended, back dome, and elbow stand. Just enough to do the trick! Throughout the day I had about 7 bananas, 4 peaches, a mango and some almonds. Day 8 of raw challenge!
