This and That: August 2009

Monday, August 17, 2009. Hard to Let Go! The kids started school today. Its hard to believe that all three of them are in school now and I no longer have little ones at home. It was hard letting Kella go, but she was so excited! She told me last night that she can't believe that she is going to a real school to learn really important things! I wish her brothers shared her enthusiasm, they dragged themselves out of bed this morning and were pretty grumpy! Tuesday, August 11, 2009. Monday, August 3, 2009.

This and That: June 2010
http://ryanandcathymcf.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Wednesday, June 23, 2010. This day we kayaked to " Secret Falls". We kayaked several miles down the river and took about a mile hike to the falls, which is no longer a secret! After lunch, we went on another hike to Kipu Falls. The boys took their first jump off the 20 foot falls (we know its that tall because some guy was measuring it). I refused to watch but they did it and loved it! I was nervous about taking the kids, but they had so much fun and we made some great memories! Tuesday, June 22, 2010.

This and That: December 2009
http://ryanandcathymcf.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 28, 2009. This year seemed a lot busier than most so I have not spent much time on the computer unless it was to order gifts. My email box is overwhelmingly full and I keep hoping that if I ignore it, it will go away. But alas that has not happened, so its time to finally time to play catch up. Kella and I along with Heather spent a Saturday in Salt Lake and went to see the Nutcracker. I was rushed as usual and forgot the camera, so no pictures. Sorry! Tuesday, December 1, 2009. We spent...

This and That: May 2009

Wednesday, May 27, 2009. Mekella has had several big moments over the last few weeks. The first one being her final dance competition of the year . Her team took first and in her words "we won them all.". She graduated from pre school last week. She now goes around the house singing "I'm almost a kindergartner." The boys keep telling her not to be so excited because school is all dumb from here. I wish they would keep that info to themselves, but they tell me they are just being honest. Me: No you don't.

The Daley Ohana: Happy 6th Birthday Kashus!!
http://daleyohana.blogspot.com/2014/01/happy-6th-birthday-kashus.html
Thursday, January 23, 2014. Happy 6th Birthday Kashus! Yes, it has been almost 1 year since I've last posted. Five kids ages 7 and under will do that to you. I know I haven't documented Nixon's birth yet either but that will come "when I have time." :). Today is Kashus's 6th Birthday! I can't believe he is six already! Here is what we got him. He's been riding a little 12" bike for some time now so he was definitely in need of an upgrade. Even Knoxy had a blast jumping! Knox just made up his own rules an...

Beauchamp Family: December 2009
http://beauchamp7.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 30, 2009. Oh, the drama! It seems to happen more often than not- when I get ready to snap a few pictures of the kids, something "tragic" occurs. Our latest incident was the first Sunday in December. The kids were all looking lovely for church, and the girls were in their new holiday outfits, so I wanted to capture the moment. No one could figure out where to stand. In the process of regrouping and scooting, Lily got her foot stepped on! Laughing at silly Dad. Tuesday, December 29, 2009.

http://daleyohana.blogspot.com/2013/02/we-got-chickens-ive-always-wanted-to.html
Friday, February 1, 2013. I've always wanted to have chickens. Well, let me rephrase. I've always wanted to be able to have fresh eggs without all the added hormones and antibiotics that come with store bought eggs. Not to mention the organic ones I buy at the store aren't cheap! So Dean finally gave in and let me buy some chicks. The kids were super excited and I think it'll be good for them to learn how to take care of them. Here is Aya cuddling with them. They love to cuddle together in your lap.

The Daley Ohana: January 2013
http://daleyohana.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 29, 2013. Yumi and I got to go away for the weekend to see our cousin Jennifer get married. We actually don't know her very well and have probably only met her once or twice in our lives. Sad, but true. She lives in San Diego with our uncle Robert and auntie Midori. Anyways my dad was going alone so we thought "Why not go with him and support our cousin on her big day! We also selfishly thought it'd be a great excuse to go spend some adult sister time before kid #5 comes!
