One of my biggest pet peeves is when a salesperson says “no problem”. This is a case where two negatives do not make a positive! 8221; “No problem” and “my pleasure” are completely interchangeable. One of my favorite sales stories my dad ever told me was about father and son bulls that were standing on a hill overlooking a valley of cows. I’ve always felt that the best of the best showed that they were the best when people stopped seeking them out and they had to start the seeking.
